Production Cycle: After confirming the customization scheme (style, fabric, size) and completing the payment, the production cycle is 7-15 working days for regular orders; the production cycle for rush orders can be shortened through negotiation, and the specific time will be notified by customer service.

2. Shipping Scope: We provide shipping services to major regions around the world (for specific remote regions, please consult customer service for additional shipping fees).

3. Shipping Method: We cooperate with well-known logistics companies to deliver goods, and the default is standard express. You can choose to upgrade the logistics method according to your needs, and the additional fee will be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Notification: After the goods are shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to you in a timely manner, so that you can query the logistics dynamics in real time.
