Refund and Returns Policy

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the particularity of custom clothing, BRIGHT TECHNOLOGY INC formulates the following return and refund policy to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.

1. Eligible Conditions for Return & Refund: Custom clothing is a personalized product, and no unreasonable return or refund is supported without quality problems. Only when the product has confirmed quality problems (such as serious workmanship defects, wrong delivery, inconsistent with the customization scheme) can you apply for return and refund.

2. Return & Refund Process: Contact customer service to apply within 48 hours after receipt, provide relevant proof of quality problems, and after verification by our company, we will arrange return, full refund or free remaking. The round-trip shipping cost for return caused by quality problems shall be borne by our company.

3. Cancellation of Order: If the customer unilaterally cancels the order that has not yet started production, a full refund will be given; if the production has started, the customer shall bear the loss of fabric, labor and other costs, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

4. Notes: No return or exchange will be accepted for products that have been worn, washed, modified or damaged artificially. The refund will be returned to the original payment account within 3-7 working days after the review is completed.
