After-Sales Policy

BRIGHT TECHNOLOGY INC is committed to providing high-quality after-sales service for every custom order, solving your problems in a timely manner and protecting your legitimate rights and interests.

1. Quality Warranty: We provide a 30-day quality warranty from the date of receipt. During the warranty period, if there are quality problems such as workmanship defects, cutting errors, wrong fabric or wrong size (caused by our company), we will provide free repair, remaking or replacement services.

2. After-Sales Application: If you have after-sales needs, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receipt, provide your order number, photos/videos of the problem and a detailed description, and our customer service will verify and handle it in a timely manner.

3. Exclusion of Warranty: The warranty does not cover damage caused by personal reasons (such as wrong size reported by the customer, subjective dislike, improper wearing, washing or modification), normal wear and tear of the product, and damage caused by force majeure.

4. Value-Added Services: We provide long-term consultation services for clothing maintenance, minor size adjustment and other related issues to help you better use the custom clothing.
